NomaDesk Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind?
If your NomaDesk gear isn’t the perfect fit, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund – shipping fees excluded. Just email samuel@thenomadesk.com and we’ll send you simple, step-by-step instructions.
To be eligible:
- Original packaging: Ship the product back in the box or sleeve it arrived in.
- All parts included: Make sure any cables, pouches, straps, or accessories are inside
- Like-new condition: Items must be clean, unmarked, and ready for a new owner
- 30-day window: After day 30, sales are final.
Sale items or orders placed with discount codes are non-refundable.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address.
Service regions: This policy applies to Australian, European, US and UK customers purchasing directly from thenomadesk.com.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method. Outbound shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

- Contact your card issuer – processing times can vary.

NomaDesk Warranty
We stand behind every NomaDesk product. All items are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects 1-Year. If something isn’t right, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
What’s not covered?
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs
- Normal wear-and-tear (e.g., scuffs, colour fade)
- Alterations to the product
If a problem stems from misuse, our team can often suggest repair options or, when repair isn’t possible, extend a one-time discount on a replacement.
To start a warranty claim, email samuel@thenomadesk.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of what happened
