Shipping Information
Order Processing: Orders placed with NomaDesk generally ship on the same day or the next business day after the order is confirmed.
Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically deliver within 5-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping usually deliver within 3-5 business days
- Shipment Confirmation: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Confirmation & Authority to Leave
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we will request proof of delivery (such as GPS confirmation or delivery photos) and assist in investigating the matter where required.
Where a customer selects or authorises “Authority to Leave” (ATL) or safe drop instructions, responsibility for the parcel transfers once the courier confirms delivery to the nominated address in accordance with those instructions. This includes circumstances where the parcel is subsequently lost or stolen after delivery.
If you believe your parcel has been misdelivered or incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us within 5 business days so we can promptly raise an investigation with the courier.
